What do we believe?
1. The Scriptures
We believe that the Holy Bible, as originally written, was verbally and plenarily inspired and the product of Spirit-controlled men, and therefore, it is truth without any mixture of error. The Bible is the complete and final revelation of God's will to man and the supreme, infallible authority in all matters of faith and conduct.
2 Timothy 3:16-17; 2 Peter 1:19-21

2. The Godhead
We believe in one God, eternally existing in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, equal in every divine perfection and executing distinct but harmonious offices in the great work of redemption.
Deuteronomy 6:4; Matthew 28:19
3. The Person and Work of Christ
We believe that Jesus Christ, the eternal Son of God, was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, lived a sinless life, and accomplished our redemption through His death on the cross as a vicarious, substitutionary sacrifice. We believe that His bodily resurrection from the dead guarantees the believer's justification. Jesus Christ is now exalted at the right hand of God, where He ministers as our High Priest and Advocate.
Isaiah 7:14; John 1:1-2
4. The Holy Spirit
We believe that the Holy Spirit is a divine Person, equal with God the Father and God the Son. His work in this age is to convict the world of sin, righteousness, and judgment. He indwells and seals believers, empowers them for service, and imparts spiritual gifts for the building up of the body of Christ.
John 16:8-11; Ephesians 1:13-14
5. Creation
We believe that God created the universe in six literal, twenty-four-hour days. We reject the theory of evolution and all naturalistic explanations of the origin of the universe, life, and mankind.
Genesis 1:1-31; John 1:3
6. The Fall of Man
We believe that man was created in innocence under the law of his Maker, but by voluntary transgression fell from his sinless state, and as a result, all mankind are now sinners by nature and by choice, justly under the condemnation of a holy God, and utterly unable to remedy their lost condition.
Genesis 3:1-24; Romans 5:12
7. Salvation
We believe that salvation is the gift of God brought to man by grace and received by personal faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, whose precious blood was shed for the forgiveness of our sins. This salvation is not the result of any human effort or works.
Ephesians 2:8-9; Titus 3:5-6
8. Eternal Security
We believe that all who are truly born again are kept by God's power and are secure in Christ forever. It is the privilege of believers to rejoice in the assurance of their salvation through the testimony of God’s Word.
John 10:28-29; 1 Peter 1:5
9. The Church
We believe that the local church is a congregation of baptized believers, associated by covenant in the faith and fellowship of the Gospel. The church’s mission is to observe the ordinances, preach the Gospel, and practice biblical separation. We believe in the autonomy of the local church, free from any external authority or control.
Acts 2:41-47; Ephesians 1:22-23
10. Ordinances
We believe that the ordinances of the local church are two in number: Baptism by immersion and the Lord’s Supper. These are to be observed by the church during the present age.
Matthew 28:19-20; 1 Corinthians 11:23-26
11. Separation
We believe in both personal and ecclesiastical separation. As believers, we are called to live holy lives and avoid worldly practices. Ecclesiastically, we separate from those who deny the faith or associate with liberalism, modernism, or ecumenical movements.
2 Corinthians 6:14-17; Ephesians 5:11
12. The Second Coming of Christ
We believe in the literal, imminent, pre-tribulational, and pre-millennial return of the Lord Jesus Christ for His church. We also believe in His subsequent return to earth to establish His millennial kingdom.
1 Thessalonians 4:13-18; Revelation 19:11-16
13. The Eternal State
We believe in the bodily resurrection of the saved and the unsaved, the saved to everlasting blessedness in heaven and the unsaved to eternal judgment and conscious suffering in hell.
John 5:28-29; Revelation 20
